Second round for the residual storage capacities at UGS Jemgum

EWE Aktiengesellschaft intends to offer residual storage capacities at the UGS Jemgum within a second tender round until the end of October 2009. Tender shall take place in the form of Chiffre-procedure via the Homepage of EWE Aktiengesellschaft.

The storage products and the essential provisions of contract remain unchanged. However EWE does not determine any fixed minimum prices within the second tender round for the storage capacities at UGS Jemgum. Accordingly the allocation of storage capacities shall be subject to economic efficiency of the submitted bids. In order to avoid possible disadvantages of the storage customers of the first tender round (28 September 2009 - 6 October 2009), the results achieved in the first round shall be - as far as required by the storage customer - adapted in accordance with the results of the second tender round.

To enable the further coordination with the Integrated Open Season of GUD and GTS (IOS) the transport capacities needed for the storage service can be - as far as required by the storage customer - transferred to the storage customer upon signing of the storage contract (sourced from the limited contingent reserved by EWE within the IOS at the Entry-/Exit-Points of GUD and/or GTS). This does not apply to the transport capacities at the Entry-/Exit-Points of WTKG.
